Flares for short person

Recommend me some flares please. I'm 5ft 5 and podgy size 12 14 but my legs are disproportionately short.

Could flares work on me? If so, which ones?

Anyone else have similar shape and wear them?

Other people who are better at this sort of thing will hopefully e song in a moment but I'm roughly the same size and shape as you with short legs and I couldn't wear flares - sorry.

In my dreams I am about 5.10 and slim and wafting along, with swishy flares and an effortless 70s vibe. In reality I stomp about with a sweaty brow and dishevelled greying hair

Haha well I say yay, I'm 5 2" and I wear flares with mid heel clogs, tuck in a t shirt

That way you have a waist, only thing is with any jeans you have to try on a million pairs to find the right ones, I find Levi's are best.

If you do it don't buy a cheapo pair

Iggi- yes it did feel a bit like that!

All I'm saying is that I'm a similar shape and I look bad in them - you might not. Try them on and f you are happy with how you look then go for it!
I'm not tall or thin and I have been known to venture out of the house ( but not in flares)
