Help me accessorise this dress

I always come here for ideas and inspiration so thoguht it would be the best place to help me find accessories or this dress for a wedding.

I am 5'8", size 16 and am not 'funky' or snazzy - so no clashing stuff if possible, unless it looks amazing. I am looking for hairstyles, jewellery, shoes and cover ups/shrugs/jackets. I love jackets but not sure if I can get one to go with it.

It's a lovely dress. Given the side panelling I wouldn't want to add too much to it as I think it might be a bit fussy.

What about a pair of sleek dangly earrings (almost shoulder length but very simple) and just a plain shawl.
