Cotton pants? What are they?

Ive seen people wearing cottom pants that look a bit like pj bottoms. Not so baggy as harem pants. What are they called?

I have some from H & M which are like smartish jogging bottoms. Dark grey and made from tencel so they don't go baggy like harem pants seem too. They are from the LOGG range. I love mine.

I like this style, but don't know what shoes to wear with them. Not a stiletto kind of woman and besides, want something I can do the school run in.
