No idea what dress style suits me

I have a wedding coming up and have no idea what to wear.
My shape has changed a lot since having dds and I'm unsure what suits me now.

I'm an inverted triangle shape apparently with broader shoulders than bust or hips.
I'm a size 10 on waist and 8 on hips and a 32dd so really whacky proportions.
I still have a bit of a wobbly tummy from pregnancy (dd2 is four months next week) despite being back to my pre pregnancy weight and I just have no idea what to wear.

I find empire lines draw too much attention to my busy and make me look bigger than I am but not sure I have the right shape to pull off a body con. Thinking possibly skater style but not sure that's even 'in' anymore.

Anyone any good at this? Also where is your go -to for getting dresses for weddings? I don't even know where to look!

Hi op I am fairly similar shape to you a little smaller & short, I usually wear either slim fitted type of dress, with maybe a boat/bardot neckline or a slighty fiftys type, ie fitted waist & flared skirt, find these styles suit me best, especially if you have large bust/small waist & hips.
Shop wise so much choice, depends on budget, maybe HoF, karen millen, coast, french connection, reiss, asos, prettylittledress, also depends on type of wedding is it formal of more casual? There are also some lovely maxi dresses around at the moment, which may be a good option, have fun looking.

Thanks for your reply. I've always found Bardot style to make my shoulders seem wider but I do like 50s style dresses so might try VOH.

I'm not really sure what the dress code is going to be tbh. It's in London in one of the industrial spaces on the Thames. It's not a traditional wedding per say as its my cousin and his partner getting married. I'm from Scotland to never been to a London wedding or a same sex wedding so I'm clueless lol x
