Clothes shops suggestions for 40-something DH.

DH is struggling to find clothes that he wants to wear; he used to be into quite stylised clothes like Michiko Koshino when he was younger, and doesn't really like the more preppy options aimed at the older man e.g. Boden, Ralph Lauren.

He'd love to get some decent T-shirts, for example, but doesn't really like those with big slogans / logos / pictures. Any shop suggestions much appreciated Smile

This might be too preppy still, but have you looked at Massimo Dutti? My DH is a total scruff, but gets odd things from there when faced with needing smarter casual for office related stuff.

Might be too much of a budget option but H&M and Uniqlo are very good for plain men's T-shirts IMO. DH has a mixture of these and Reiss and the difference in price really isn't reflected in the quality. Uniqlo also do very good men's shorts.

Banana Republic? My 43yo other half gets some nice stuff from there

Michiko Koshino is still available! Check out her website which has a bit of a sale going on, 30 quid instead of 60 for a T shirt. Woodhouse Clothing has a store in Westbourne Grove, London and a good online selection covering a well edited selection of brands. YMC too but may be a little young and spendy. Good reductions in their sales though.

Dh wears mostly stuff from Jigsaw, Whistles, Cos, Orange label Boss and John Lewis & Co
