Any tips to make it swift and effective?

Realise I may have left it a bit late as there's a supposed heat wave coming but it must be done!

I have some peeling around my toes, I think brought on by wearing cheap non cotton plimsoles giving them plenty of opportunity to sweat, nice

The tops of my feet look like peeling sun burn.

How the hell do you not pick at it!? Especially when the underneath starts.

Penguin you can say "masses of peeling" and not post a picture!

Ova don't know about what's in it, but it smells a lot like the tend skin stuff that gets rid of ingrown hairs.

Can I ask a daft question please?

I've never heard of this til mumsnet... so you use it once and then over the next few days it starts to work?

Once you've used it, is there a type of footwear you should,or shouldn't wear, eg must wear socks or ok to wear sandals?
