so it's Sunday afternoon and it's raining, perfect time to dramatically change my hair, right?
Hair is currently a dark red to light red ombre and I'm looking to go light brown to dark blonde ombré. What could possibly go wrong?Grin

I'm using Pro:coke extra strength colour remover and it's in! Anyone interested in holding my hand and seeing how it goes?

This can only end well.... Grin
What colour is it naturally?

Pumpkinette · 31/05/2015 15:21

I will be following this with interest. I used colour B4 once and it ruined my hair. Where did you buy pro:coke from? Does it have the same rotten egg smell as colour B4?

MagpieCursedTea · 31/05/2015 15:34

Shamelessly place marking!
Good luck Grin

Bought pro:voke in savers for 2.99 and it is honestly brilliant. Extremely strong and gentle on hair.
Very easy to use as well. I've decided to leave the ends red so there was a lot of awkward faffing about with cling film and had to rely on 4yr old dd assuring me that the back was even haha!
Anyway I left it on for an hour, It said 30 mins but I'm a rebel. Spent forever rinsing and buffering and then rinsing again, towel dried my hair and it's a mixture of ginger and blonde with bright red ends. Hope it looks better blow dried!
I have another box its its proper effed up!

And yes it reeks of rotten egg and I'm a natural blonde, I don't expect it to go back to light blonde

wow, that's interesting, could you show us the result when you've dried it please?

Rinkydinkypink · 31/05/2015 17:52

Very interested in this! My hair needs stripping but I've had it done before and I ended up getting it all cut off a few months afterwards because the condition was terrible.

Sorry sorry I'm rubbish at replying to things! Hope it's worth the wait!
Dried and styled my hair is pretty nice, dark blonde, little bit ginger, I ended up removing some of the red ends so pretty funky but overall I'm very happy. Hair is still in good condition.
Bloody hard to take a picture of your hair and stay anon!

I have been using the vitamin C and anti dandruff shampoo method to remove hair dye. cheap and leaves hair soft if you condition well after.
