Expecting a lovely delivery from Uniqlo (second time I ordered online from sale and hoping to wear an item for a particular event. First delivery had come no problems)
Hermes are the courier, and I got a tracking number with my confirmation e-mail from Uniqlo.
Got text messages two days this last week to say they're "in the area" but I was at work and lodger was out to work so wasn't anyone in.
According to the tracking information, Hermes have tried to deliver again today
but lodger was in and there was no knock on the door.
The tracking information says my parcel has been returned to depot.
I haven't received any calling cards from these alleged attempted deliveries.
so now I have
(1) (allegedly) three deliveries
(2) a courier I don't trust
(3) some missing clothes
I've e-mailed Uniqlo but anyone know what kind of timescale I should be thinking of now, or ways I can ensure I actually get my lovely lovely new down jacket?
