Where to look for smart shoes for DS(16)? Help!

DS's prom is on the horizon. We got lucky with the outfit, but shoes are a bit trickier, he's only ever had trainers/solid school shoes. Is there anywhere that sells nice going-out-at-night shoes for boys/men (he is an adult size)? Nice as in smooth black leather and lacking the elongated toes (apparently known as 'shit-flickers' amongst his age-group Grin)?

We were in Next earlier, all they had were shit-flickers. Will try Topman!

Anywhere else?

Burtons is good for shoes. Last time I bought DS2(18) a suit from there he got a pair of shoes free.

DS1(20) has just bought some gorgeous brogues from Asos. They have a sale on on some bits, as do NewLook on line.
