Can I wear these wedding shoes again?

These are the shoes i wore for my own wedding, 5cm heel in ivory suede with metallic trim.

Just wondering if I can get away with wearing them again as I am going to a wedding soon and can't afford new shoes nor can I face wearing higher heels at 6 months pregnant. I'm wearing a very simple navy silk shift dress.
Are they too bridal?

I think it would be fine to wear them again with a navy dress. Lovely!

as long as you have ivory handbag I think they'd look nice.
Could they be dyed? Maybe a more pinky nude colour so they dont look as bridal?
