They are meant to be low in the crotch and in the bum, yes? As in, not fit right up there but be kind of saggy?

I've just got some and I keep standing in front of the mirror in them like a fool for ages. I can't decide if they look how they're meant to.

Mine aren't nearly as low as MC Hammer's. They're just a bit loose/low round the arse and crotch.
