Now here is a company that have just a great customer service. I sent for a sample of Miss Dior Originale. Unwrapped the box and inside a handwritten note with saying thank you for my purchase and that they have enclosed another sample [ i might add a very generous and decent sized sample ] of one of their own perfumes. How nice :)
I have ordered before from them and they are really lovely. So impressed.

Such a nice company aren't they, I love the personal touch...although I do always end up buying more and more. There's definitely method in their madness.

I love Sarah's perfumes. Very unusual and she often has some great offers when she changes branding.

Love them. I am looking forward to cracking out What I Did On My Holidays when the weather (eventually!) warms up. I used to have Gin Garden which was amazing but think they'd stopped doing it now.

Unfortunately I really disliked the perfume I ordered (Sexist Scent in the World Ever - it's not.) and also the free samples (Great Randello, What I Did on my Holidays) so if anyone would like them just drop me a PM.

I love 4160 tuesdays. When they realised my note had been left out of my first order, they apolgised profusely via email. I was very impressed, I didn't even know there should have been a note until Sarah emailed me! I've loved every scent I've had from them though up to now it's only been the small sizes in the splash bottles.

nomi are you looking for something in return for the samples etc? i'd love to have them but not sure of what if anything to offer for them. unless they've already gone that is

I love the fragrances (I have several) but unfortunately the all bring me out in a rash. Very odd.
