Patent Birkenstocks?

Has anyone got patent Birkenstocks? How do they wear? I've had a pair of white Betula ones for a few years and now want to get a new pair of Arizona's, preferably white. I've tried on a white patent pair with pink soles and they are really nice, but I was wondering how they look after a while? Do they scuff, look crap? They cost a few quid so I would like them to last OK.

I have black ones I bought about 4/5 years ago from TK Maxx and they still look like new.

I've got a black pair which I've had for years and a new navy pair with red soles.
Both wearing really well, no scuffing at all.

Yep, they wear well.

Thanks, I may get the patent ones then, they do look nice with the pink sole. Think I'll try and remember to keep an eye out in the summer sales for some for next year. Anyone tried other brands/versions as I see next do a footbed sandal.

I've had red tango patent Madrids for years and they rarely scuff.

I too have the black patent ones from TK Maxx, 4 years on they look brand new, I have a few pairs of birkies, these are my fave.

I have patent white ones which have had a lot of wear over tje last 18 months and no scuffs. Marks just wipe off with a baby wipe.
