Well ive just started to use this:

Nivea Q10 Plus Goodbye Cellulite Gel-Cream

It gets good reviews but i posted on here in a thread below but not sure if anyone has tried it. I put it on my skin today and it made it lovely and smooth but its too early to tell. I have been body brushing for a fortnight and i can see a difference!

How does a cream get rid of cellulite? Or is it the massaging that helps?

Greengardenpixie · 29/05/2015 20:13

Tbh, i dont think anything can get rid of it. Its just one of those things. I use the gel cream just to massage [although it does say that no massage is necessary]. I am just hoping with all the body brushing and that combined i might see a little improvment. I mean i dont expect a lovely cellulite free body.

Fake tan and squats...lots of squats...

I posted on another thread about body brushing, I've been doing this every morning before showering for the past couple of weeks and have really noticed a difference in my skin tone & texture. Have also seen an improvement in cellulite. I'm not sure I believe in the effectiveness of these anti-cellulite creams to be honest, I think brushing, squatting and drinking plenty of water is the best you can do.

No cream can have any effect on cellulite. Cellulite is how your body stores the subcutaneous fat, so please dont waste your money.

i second the squats and the fake tan. the squats will give you more muscle and less fat and the fake tan helps disguise. and a good body scrub will help with the look of your skin.

re the squats. first learn the proper technique - you tube is very helpful or if you go to a gym, ask for tips from the trainers.

then you need some weights. I would use a barbell with 10kg as a starting point. go slowly. do three sets of 8 reps. its the best way to get results.

What is the squat challenge please?
