How tall are you, and what is your shoe size?

Random question, I was just ordering a pair of shoes and wondering, as it seems to me most people my height have smaller feet than me. I'm 5'6 (and a half!) and I'm about a size 6 1/2, perhaps a 7 Grin, although I'm pretty in denial about it and tend to size down. My shoes always seem to look big...to me anyway.

It doesn't help that I was also cursed with the widest feet known to mankind Confused

5ft 8.5 and size 7 so ok I think. But width AA, total pain, have to get my shoes by mail order, there are only 3shops in the UK that have my size. I don't even go in high street shoe shops anymore, it's totally pointless!

LoadsaBlusher · 28/05/2015 17:47

HemanOrSheRa · 28/05/2015 17:50

5ft 2 and size 3 or 4, depending on the style of shoe.

noisytoys · 28/05/2015 17:50

5' 7" and size 41. Size 7 seems to be 40 and 41, but 40 is too small.

RingtheBells · 28/05/2015 17:52

5'10" and size 7 - 7.5 (41)

ScorpioMermaid · 28/05/2015 17:54

5'5 and size 8 shoe (I even own some 9s) Blush

My brother is just over 6' and wears a size 9.. Something not right there.. We both have silly out of proportion feet Grin

5ft and size 2-3 depending on the style of shoe.

plumstone · 28/05/2015 18:03

Mrs Next - I feel your pain!!! I am 5ft 6.5 and have been a constant size 7 since I was 14 Hmm but the last three pairs of shoes (not boots) I bought have been 8, only change is lots of walking but I don't know if that would cause feet to lengthen - happily stand corrected if it does!!

Stinkersmum · 28/05/2015 18:05

6'2" & a size 9 or 10 depending on fit. It's bloody awful.

brimfullofasha · 28/05/2015 18:05

brimfullofasha · 28/05/2015 18:05

pickles184 · 28/05/2015 18:13

5'8 and 7-8 depending on style and width

ImBrian · 28/05/2015 18:17

5ft 11 and size 6 feet, I always thought I had quite big feet but looking at others they're quite small for my height. My 5ft7 dd is a size 6 and my 5ft2 mam is a size 3.

Sallystyle · 28/05/2015 18:18

5ft1 (lost an inch) and shoe size 5, although I can fit in some 4 1/2

RecoveringPerfectionist · 28/05/2015 18:19

5'7" and a size 10 :-( So unlucky. Used to have to travel to London in the 80s and spend 70 quid on a pair of school shoes that were hideous. Then there was an amazing Lilly and Skinner on Oxford Street with an entire tall and small floor. I'd save up and go twice a year and come back with 4 or 5 pairs.

It's not been easy but it has got better. I just object to paying more.

gerbiltamer · 28/05/2015 18:28
