Does anybody have any reviews for this foundation? I need a new one but don't wish to spend too much. I have dry to normal skin with pink undertones and would love feedback from others with the same / similar skin.

Good foundation but the shades are very yellow.

I'm pale and pink toned and can't wear it Sad .

I'm a bit of a makeup novice but isn't yellow toned foundation supposed to counteract the pink skin tones?

Im pale too with pink undertones but was hoping it would even it out?

No.

Yellow toned foundation will make pink toned skin look sallow and orange. Your foundation needs to be the same colour and tone as your skin.

L'oreal and Max Factor both do really good pale pink toned foundations.

If you are pale and pink toned Bourjois is pretty awful - it made me orange and accentuated my pores that are normally invisible. Am thinking of binning it as cannot think of how to use it up. The things that have worked my pale cool-toned NW10 dry/normal skin are Revlon Colorstay in Ivory (heavy coverage, matte), the two palest shades of Lily Lolo mineral foundation (light to medium coverage, matte) and Missha Perfect Cover BB cream in shades #13 and #21 (medium coverage, slightly glowy) and Missha Signature in #13 (medium coverage, semimatte).

Ime the counter ladies talk about counteracting/neutralizing when they don't have a correct shade for you but want to persuade you to buy something. Unless you are a makeup artist, it will just give you a strange orange/jaundiced face that does not match your neck. I've fallen for this in the past ('warming up your skintone'), never again!

I'm pink and my Mum asked me if I was ill. Sad I was gutted as I liked the finish.

CloserToFiftyThanTwenty · 28/05/2015 11:28

I'm yellow toned and love it, sorry

Annarose2014 · 28/05/2015 11:29

I do get on really well with Rimmel foundations though, which are properly neutral toned.

MsBojangles · 28/05/2015 11:35

Yellow and love here too.

SixDinnerSid · 28/05/2015 11:49

Thanks for the feedback, back to the drawing board I guess!

Are all bourjois foundations yellow toned? Their 123 perfect foundation looks equally nice :)

Sorry the message below was meant for the Asian/Korean thread, clearly I am far too ADHD today... Anyway Asian BB creams are a great alternative for pale cool-toned people and now also available in some EU-based online shops, I discovered them by accident and now have several great options - longwearing and different finishes, and pale enough even for my ghostly pale skin!

It was rubbish on me, save your money.
