What do you all think of this coat?

I'm on the never ending search of - nice lightweight waterproof summer jacket with hood, on a budget. I bought one from Fat Face a last year or the year before but was disappointed, it would only last a brief shower (definitely not to and from school) and it has faded a lot. The colour would be riviera.

It does look like a child's coat to me. The lining with the little bows on it is a bit too childish for me.
