Ordering from uniqlo - sizing/delivery/returns advice

Can anyone please give me some advice about ordering online at Uniqlo? What is the sizing like? I'm normally a 8 occasionally a 10. What shops are the sizes similar too? Also is the delivery/returns good is Zara or more like H&M?

Each garment has measurements if you click on the sizing next to the item. It opens in a new box with all the details for that specific item. It's in the bottom box. Sizes vary. Some things are generous and others not so hard to tell. No issues with returns.

I find the sizing generally quite consistent. I am a 12 and get Medium for tops and 28 for jeans. I have found that the delivery is always quick and I send returns using Collect+ so again very easy. Quality has always been good in my experience.

I am an 8-10 and need an Xs or a S in Uniqlo.
eg Their short trench coat fits me in an XS but for ordinary T shirts I've gone up to a S so they are not skin tight.

Jeans are big, I'm consistently a 28 in most brands but need a 26 in their skinnies.

Tops are TTS.

Returns you have to pay for, so annoying!

It depends on what you're buying as some tops are deliberately cut very wide. So, read the reviews if there are any.

I'm a 10/12 - I'd order 10 for trousers in Gap but I'd go for a 12 in Uniqlo. For jeans, their 27 is the best fit. For dresses and tops, I'd order a 12 in Uniqlo but can get away with a smaller size in Gap sometimes.

You can use Connect+ to return stuff - I'm not sure what they charge for that as I never check the repayment amount But, they often have offers for free delivery/returns etc. Sign up to get their emails.
