What suncream to wear under make-up?

I need high-factor suncream under make-up to stop me getting a red nose.

But loads of suncreams are too white/sticky to go well under make up. Would prefer not to have that 'holiday suncream' smell either.

Any advice?

I searched for the same thing for a long time and eventually settled on Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Dry-Touch Sunscreen. I use the SPF30 in the link but there are much higher SPFs available.

It's fine with my foundation over it (Lily Lolo or Bare Minerals loose powder) and lasted well during a 30°+ holiday.

I use Avha mineral sunscreen SPF 30 works well under foundation.

Go careful with that neutrogena stuff, I just had a massive reaction to it and I've been fine with most gentle sun screens up until now , so test it first. It's fan under make up though so I'm disappointed. I'm wearing Ambre Solaire sensitive this year but nothing on my face just a wide brimmed hat!

Sunsense daily face 50+ is great. I also like the La Roche Posay anti Helios range

I use Clinique City Block spf 40 but am thinking of looking for something else as it's now very yellow- far more so than before and darker than my skin and foundation.

I think Shu Emura do some good ones or Estee Lauder do a Day Wear lotion SPF 40 which I have and is quite nice.

I like the skinceuticals range. One has a very pale tint which works really well.

Pinkfrocks you scared me with the yellow city block warning. Now looking for an alternative for when mine runs out. Don't want to risk buying it and not being able to use it. That Korean skincare thread has some great recommendations for under makeup sunscreen. I just need to decide what one I want to try first.
