Bra solution for breastfeeding mum and satin ballgown?

Not sure if I'm looking for something that doesn't exist, but I'm going to a ball and would like to wear the pictured gown. I need a bra that I can wear breast pads with as I have a six month old and I leak, which rules out the stick on bras.

I won't need to feed at the event, so access only nedeed to pump and dump!

Can't really afford a new dress, but maybe it's just not going to work?

Tape the breast pads on with bra tape? Or could you sew them to the lining of the dress?

You could try the fashion forms nu bra, which sort of attaches to the front, it's a lot more comfortable than in looks (see here: www.asos.com/fashion-forms/fashion-forms-nu-bra-ultralite-plunge/prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=4517881&clr=Nude&SearchQuery=fashion+forms&pgesize=30&pge=0&totalstyles=30&gridsize=3&gridrow=1&gridcolumn=2)

I would guess that you could fit very thin breastpads (e.g., Lansinoh) in, especially if you can detach and re-attach since not needing to feed discreetly.
