What do I need to do size wise? Bigger cup? Smaller back? I'm a 34E if it makes a difference! TIA

Can you measure yourself as described here please and that should help us work out what might be wrong. It could be too big in the band though - depends if you're talking i can just get a couple of fingers under, or both fists!

So... My underneath measurement is 33'' and 39" arpund. Does this make me a 34dd?

It puts you in between a few sizes - 32e/f and 34dd/e. I'm wondering if you should try the 32f which would have the same cup volume as the 34e but a firmer band to see if it helps
