The skin on my nose......

Is what I would describe as "bobbly" and if I squeeze (sorry gross) lots of tiny tiny white wiggly worms come out!
Can anyone recommend anything just for the skin on my nose to deep clean and smooth the area without irritating? I can't use acid toners even the mildest one burns badly as I have extremely sensitive reactive skin! My skin is also dehydrated so nothing that's going to make that worse.
Does such a thing exist??

Have you tried this, just skip the first step? Any clay mask will do and probably also any skin oil.

Hi, no I haven't tried that. I don't have an hour in the morning or the evening for that matter lol!
May look for a clay mask and try that but not sure that will be effective on it's own??

I also notice that as soon as I start to get any hint of a tan, my foundation sinks into the pores on my nose and it looks like a golf ball - do you get that too? It looks horrible
