Help! urgently need 3-4 yr old boys dungarees

DS has an infected willy, which he keeps on playing with, and the best idea we've had is to put him in dungarees. Hopefully he'll only use them for a couple of weeks, so I don't want to spend loads on impractical clothes (he's no longer in nappies, so dungarees are a pain)

• where to get some? cheap, not thick winter ones... Nowhere seems to have what I want!

I think they are so hard to get in bigger sizes because they are so impractical for potty training.

What about a cotton onesie instead? I know they are like pjs, but they'd do the trick for a couple of weeks.

maybe that's a better idea - might be cheaper, too.
