Dark elbows

can anyone recommend how i can get rid of dark elbows, i hate the summer, I never wear short sleeves

i have tried lemons - no joy

Try eBay for whitening products - such things are rare here as most people want to be tanned but the market for whitening products is huge in Asia. Search for whitening products for targeted areas I.e. Underarms and bikini lines. These would work for elbows too. A brand I know is called Gluta-C intense whitening but not sure of it is available here but similar ones should be available on eBay or Amazon.
