Budget CC cream for fair skin (with SPF if poss)

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced CC cream for a peely wally Scot who hasn't seen any sun for quite some time?

I've been using Boots 17 BB cream in Fair for a while but my skin is a bit rubbish at the moment (dry but spotty) and I need more coverage. Tried the 17 CC cream in Fair but it's much more orange than the BB cream and gives me a visible tide mark (attractive.) I'll be going back to BB cream as soon as my skin clears up so don't want to spend a fortune. Any recommendations?

The Bourjois one is excellent. I'm very fair and the lightest shade is perfect.

I second the boujoius. I prefer it to my pricier ones. I'm pale ands natural looking and never ceases throughout the day.

Get yourself to the Asian / Korean skincare thread.

Korean BB and CC creams are excellent quality products and cheap - also have the advantage of suiting very pale complexions.

Posted too soon.

Missha creams are great and you can get them on Amazon.

Thanks everyone. Think Maybelline and Bourjois are more within the budget I had in mind, so I'll take myself to Boots and try them.
