If you could only buy clothes from one shop...?

Mine would be Uniqlo.

I love everything in it - basics like tees and knitwear, and always gorgeous dresses in natural fibres in the summer. Silk shirts, jeans, perfect stripey tops - it's got it all.

Most of my stuff is from Zara anyway, I'm so unimaginative! But I do love the Zara image, I think they manage to create a whole identity and look much more concretely than shops like H&M (not a criticism of H&M!). If no Zara, American Apparel or Urban Outfitters.

Jigsaw. I get a lot there anyway. It fits/suits and is super convenient for home and work. I should branch out but I've got minimal time and even less imagination.

CloserToFiftyThanTwenty · 15/05/2015 15:10

John Lewis - though that's definitely cheating! TK Maxx then

Delilahfandango · 15/05/2015 15:10

The charity shop where I already buy all my clothes fromGrinWink

HappyMedium · 15/05/2015 15:11

Boden, without the loud prints. They cater for smart and casual. Great range of choice and sizes and lengths.

diggerdigsdogs · 15/05/2015 15:12

Jcrew (though the trousers are awful on me) and white company I think.

CloserToFiftyThanTwenty · 15/05/2015 15:12

Or, if budget was no constraint, Calvin Klein (I'm the right shape for their jeans and dresses and underwear)

Kasey86 · 15/05/2015 15:24

Selfridges, we have a love affair ;)

5446 · 15/05/2015 15:29

Looking at my wardrobe, it's an even mix of ASOS and Next, with a bit of Topshop thrown in.

Years of living abroad with poor shopping choices and the above have great delivery options.

ToysRLuv · 15/05/2015 15:29

Urban Outfitters

Dowser · 15/05/2015 15:47

Dotty P's.

Ivemanaged to ' Hoover up' some gorgeous dresses and haven't paid full price for any of them.

Quiz is a close second....but not the glitzy, glittery ones . I don't have that lifestyle but I've got some lovely dresses from there for £20 or under.

Also like BHS Sophie Grey dresses. The one I'm wearing for my civil ceremony cost £18 in the sale

Dowser · 15/05/2015 15:49

Aye Aye Aye Delilah

I've had some charity shop bargains in my time ;-)

polyhymnia · 15/05/2015 15:53

Another Boden minus garish prints. But would want to keep getting my jeans from NYDJ.

Dowser · 15/05/2015 15:56

Just looked at uniqlo as I've never heard of it before.

I can see a few things I like but I don't wear trousers or skirts.

I'll stick with what I know.

I don't wear skirts or trousers, just leggings with either tunics or dresses

JaniceJoplin · 15/05/2015 16:19

Anthropologie

Damn those prices and lack of promotions.

jimijack · 15/05/2015 16:24

I'm a charity shop bag lady, so any charity shop would do me.

Henbur1702 · 15/05/2015 16:27

It does change but Very impressed with Apricot at the moment!

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 15/05/2015 16:32

If somebody else was paying - Whistles.
If I'm paying - M&S.

Frostycake · 15/05/2015 16:36

Massimo Dutti or Ralph Lauren.

HappyGirlNow · 15/05/2015 17:30

Zara... Or French Connection...

Dansak · 15/05/2015 17:36

H&M I think they have really improved recently, followed by Gap for their fab sales.

SpecificOcean · 15/05/2015 17:44

New look for jeans and H&M for everything else. pretty much the only shops I go in apart from charity shops and superdry.

squigglehead · 15/05/2015 17:47

If money wasn't a thought, Fat Face. In reality, H&M.
