What to wear to Eurovision semi-final?

Ok I'm off to Vienna next week, taking in the Thursday night Eurovision semi-final.

What should I wear that is
a) suitably glam/ naff/ kitsch
b) comfortable to stand around in for 3 hours
c) will look good on telly as I wave furiously to viewers.

My loyalties are with Ireland, if that's any help.
