Please help me style this dress..

I bought this dress to wear to the races at the weekend but completely stuck as to how to style it...would a necklace be too much with the bottom part of the dress? What colour shoes/bag to put with it? Feeling completely uninspired...Help!!

would I be right in thinking the skirt is a grey colour. If so then a red bag, red shoes, and silver glitter nail varnish will look lovely and red hair accessories. A grey cardigan
