Best control pants for for post section 'shelf'

I've had two sections, one 4.5 years ago and one almost 2 years ago. After number one I manged to get my tummy down to an acceptable flatness but haven't managed it with #2, just a combination of not being able to do much exercise and 2 sections taking it's toll.

My body looks like this (this is not me, I did take some pics but then chickened out of posting so looked on google instead!) though I'd say she's a little slimmer than me but my tummy is the same and trousers I feel like the tummy shelf is obvious and makes me look fatter than I am.

I'm looking for medium control pants that I can wear daily just to streamline the tummy area, preferably maximum of £10 per pair - does anyone have any recommendations?

Placemarking. My tummy is just like this Sad. Like you, OP, it was ok after my first section, but never really recovered after the second. The good news is that it wasn't any worse after my third section than it had been after my second!

I have this problem too, and compounded by a very noticeable appendix scar shelf too... I bought some high waisted thing back control pants from Primark which are great under shaped shift dresses, which is what I mostly wear for work, but not suitable for trousers, and a bit hot for summer.

Yes, post 2 C-sections I am the proud owner of a shelf, and wear a pair of seamless light control shorts most day (as well as flattening the shelf, it just feels more comfortable to have it all smoothed down if that makes sense). My favourite everyday ones are from Tesco, sorry I'm not sure what they're officially called but they are about £8 a pair and just look like normal, boy-short style knickers with a high waist.

I also have a few other pairs of random brands which I got cheap in TK maxx, however the tesco ones are the most comfortable.

Oh excellent catofthewoods I'll have a look next time I'm in tesco thank you :) I'll also check out the primark ones mrsultra for under dresses.

Heehee foamyone two is my limit! Children and c-sections!! :)
