please dress me for a christening...

I am 5ft 4". I am 22. I have shoulder length highlighted hair, and pale skin (will be tanning if have legs out though) I am attending a christening at the end of the month and I have no idea what to wear. I like skater dresses, and those high low dresses. Not confident enough to wear a slim fitting dress, unless I was covered (cardigan etc)

my favorite colours are khaki, navy, white, black, pale dusky pink, and I guess a fudgey brown colour.

I also need shoes. And a bag.

please help.

or are black skinny jeans okay to wear? with a nice top and heels?

What size are you and what is your budget?

What sort of christening is it? Is there a posh do afterwards, for example? What sort of church?

currently dress size 14-16 depending on the shop and style of dress.

budget is around £30-£50 absolute max for the dress, not sure yet for the shoes.

only saw half the message there, not sure about either of the places, there is a do after but its in a pub. ive never been to either venue. sorry thats not much help.

Is say for the church you'd be fine in jeans, don't iver do it. christenings are only really dressy affairs for the baby...
