How do you get DH or son to buy their own underwear?

DH, I just leave to it. I can't remember last time I bought any of his clothes.

I buy for the DSes (teens), sometimes they're with me, sometimes not. Aside from uniform, they dress like Sheldon and that's easy to buy for (mainly supermarket and Primark)
