wedding guest dress that make me look thinner & taller!

Attending a wedding in June. Currently a size 18, trying and failing to lose weight and looking for a dress that doesn't make me LOOK size 18.

I have quite a big tummy and big arms. Also I have short legs so again I want to look tall.

I have a max budget of £80 - can anyone recommend a dress? I don't normally wear tight fitting dresses.

I may consider a jumpsuit.

Do you do (very) high heels?

can't walk in very high heels. Have some balance problems :(

I can't wear them either. TBH very few people can, when it comes down to it. Would a mid height heel work for you, maybe a wedge? Balance problems sound like a real bummer.

What sort of colours do you usually go for? Is it a very posh wedding? Informal?

I usually go for darker colours. I'm told red and dark blue go well on me (dark haired)
