Nursing sleep bras 34GG

Looking for recommendations for nursing bras- was thinking about buying a couple of sleep bras to start off with then buying the more fitted ones when I know what size I'll be. Last time I got fitted in Bravissimo at 37 weeks and they sold me two bras which fitted fine but weren't sleep ones and so were quite uncomfortable at night (I found not wearing a bra at night more uncomfortable though!) This time I am a 34GG and have been since about 16/40, now 34/40. I've heard a few recommendations for Bravado but they only do up to an F cup! Looking at the Carriwell seamless or Royce Blossom at the moment- any advice on those or other suggestions? Can't believe how many nursing bras don't come in anything bigger than an F cup!

When dd was born (3 years ago, so not sure if they still do them) I got a couple of really soft nursing bras from M&S, they were useless for day wear (I'm a 36F) but lovely and comfy for nighttime. They came in a pack of 2, a grey one and a white one with blue flowers. Still have them all ready to go for DC2 due in a few weeks Smile

I had a couple of Royce ones and I was about the same size as you, maybe a J. They were fine to sleep in too Smile

I wear Bravissimo PJs, the ones with built in bras. For feeding, the ones with straps are better than racerbacks

Might have a look in M+S tomorrow then. They have one on the site that goes up to H cup. I haven't bought bras from M+S for years because of their terrible measuring, but I've been fitted in Bravissimo enough times that I now know how to do the fitting myself, so it doesn't matter now!

HazleNutt do you find that the PJs give enough support?

I had the exact same m and s bras as birdie - agree that they were OK to sleep in and not much else.

However I preferred to sleep in a nursing vest top with underboob support and no bra. I found these OK with 32hh boobs.

Caty yes, the PJs are better than your average nursing bra. In fact I often also wear them during daytime. I would recommend going up in cup size though for more support and coverage - so if you're a GG, get the 34H-J size.

Have you looked at Hot Milk? They do nursing bras up to a J cup and I found them comfortable enough to sleep in.

Agree re the pj tops they're very supportive. I wear them on long flights!
