I worked in M&S lingerie years ago and we were taught the measure + 4 rule. MN has taught me the error of this! But now I need some new bras and a sports bra and I need help!

Please tell me what I need to do - I have a tape measure handy here....

I scooped this morning with little success which is what led me to check the label. I could have sworn I have bought a K at some point, but I'm wondering if it wasn't a UK size K? You would think I would know what bra size i'm wearing!

Just popping in as an intervention success story. I'm teeny everywhere except my breasts, and post intervention found it hard nigh on impossible to get bras in my size (26GG).
I found a lovely shop in Bury market the other week, and have been waiting for an intervention thread to let you lot know about it. God, my life is sad now, a bra shop made my weekBlush.
Perfect Fit By Carol fit me by eye, found some 28s that run small in the band, and had a sale onSmile.I can finally retire the MadeInPreston bras I've been wearing constantly for a year...

Hello all Smile

For those of you in London who want to go bra shopping where there's a huge range this link shows the best concentrated area and the brands stocked by each retailer.

I took a friend to a fairly large branch of Debenhams yesterday. They are doing a £5 off £30 spend promo if you use their fitting service. I was fitting her anyway and we'd established that she was a 36D/DD or even a 34E in some styles. We let them loose with their tape measure purely to get the discount. 38B they reckoned. Fail Hmm
