Cheapest I can find so far is £39.99 from Sports direct (& I've ordered them so I know she has a pair - but we can return them unworn if we find a cheaper pair)

It's for a show now there's a surprise and are part of a longer list of necessaries

Would small mens pjs fit a size 8 teen? I think they would be too big

Try office or jones the bookmaker. Do they need to actually be converse, if not most cheap shoe shops do similar.

Floggingmolly · 11/05/2015 15:59

Primark were doing Converse knockoffs for about 7 quid last year; not sure about now, but worth a look?

Pantsalive · 11/05/2015 15:59

H&M do fab pretend converse, v cheap and comfortable too. Both my DC have a pair. I think they are about £6 but I got them for £3 in the sale. Hope you find some!

Pantsalive · 11/05/2015 16:45

Floral satin pyjamas for £4.99 here. Come in a small.

Or do they need to look like men's?

Pantsalive · 11/05/2015 16:47

Black, white, pink check here, size 8.

MrsNextDoor · 11/05/2015 16:49

I got DD some in Primark last week.

Pantsalive · 11/05/2015 17:00

The floral pyjamas are only £3.99 here. They're pink, blue and red, so definitely not pastel.

balletgirlmum · 11/05/2015 17:01

Primark is your best bet.

balletgirlmum · 11/05/2015 17:03

Whilst we are on the subject 1940s style outfit anyone but needs to be very very fkexible as its for Modern with lots of floor work.

SoupDragon · 11/05/2015 17:05

I agree that Primark is usually good for this kind of thing.

DS2 is about 5ft 5, very slim and fits a Primark men's size XS or S.
