Buying a formal/prom dress online?

My daughter's formal is coming up very soon and she's been looking at buying a dress online.

However some of the websites came up with very bad reviews i.e Victoria's dress, Milly Bridal etc.

Just found a website called Sherrylondon.co.uk and the dresses they have are gorgeous but I can't find any reviews, good or bad for them. Does anyone have any first hand experience with them or know anyone who does? Or could you recommend any other online UK stores? She's mainly looking at chiffon dresses.

Did you ever find out if sherrylondon.co.uk Is genuine? I've just fallen in love with a dress but like you I can't find any independent reviews, they also seem to be based in the USA as they always spell "color", but branding is very much tailored for the uk, so a little confusing. I hope your daughter managed to get a dress she loved.
