Please help me find my perfect black maxi dress!

I've been looking for my perfect black maxi for a while now, but can never quite find the right thing. What I'd like...

• Plain black, ideally t shirt type material. I'd like to be able to dress it up but also wear for everyday use.
• I'm 5ft5, size 10 bottom, size 8 top. Something that comes in under the bust and then flares out is most flattering on me.
• No split in the skirt part. My legs are horrific and can never be seen!
• I'll be wearing it at work, so it cannot be strapless or spaghetti straps.

I've found a couple of dresses that are a similar style to what I'd like, but both are patterned...
