Smudge proof mascara/eyeliner?

Help. I'm 43 and have never found eye-make that doesn't give me panda eyes within a few hours.

I've tried waterproof mascara, smudge proof mascara, liquid eyeliner, eye make primer... None of it works on me. My skin isn't particularly greasy so why is it always traveling down my face?

I love the smokey eye look too

Am I missing a fab product? I generally use Benefit and sometimes Rimmel.

Maybelline- the cheap one in the pink and green one
Soap and Glory - any
I've also found Rimmel Scandal eyes (Orange tube) to be alright

Maybelline They're Real waterproof mascara- does not shift at ALL.

Max Factor intense eye liner doesn't move either.

I recently discovered Poundsaver liquid eyeliner and boots waterproof mascara. They are amazing, cheap as chips and never budge.

I mean Maybelline Great Lash, getting my mascaras mixed up.
