I have long hair (longest bit at the back is below bra strap), its a bit shorter at the front/sides - kind of a bit graduated I suppose you'd call it. I haven't had it cut in more than 6 months and the ends are very split. So, I'm willing to have a couple of inches off but I want the kind of magic haircut that makes hair look 'wow' - thicker, shinier etc, not just 2 inches cut straight off the bottom so split ends gone but it still looks meh & lacks oomph iyswim?
What do I need to ask for? Hair is medium to thick, highlighted, I am 36.
