What would you wear for this?

At the end of this month I'm going out with some friends to a poshish hotel for food and cocktails. First night out after having DD so very much looking forward to getting back into my heels! But I'm having a dilemma with what to wear, I don't want to go to fancy dressed but still want to look good

What would you wear to something like this?

I thought maybe a jumpsuit and wedges or a pencil skirt and top or slim trousers?

I would go for all-out glamour, just for fun. But I never mind being the most overdressed person in the room.

What sort of jumpsuit? With sleeves?

I'd wear a dress and heels but jumpsuit sounds good too.

I seen it on very its navy with little cap sleeve and a plunge/v neck line with little white polka dots I thought that with some nude wedges?

Or maybe even a nice little pencil dress
