I bought some ballet pump shoes from Newlook on Friday I wore them today for three hours. when ive taken them off I've noticed the seam is coming away and there's a little hole. I'm going to take them back tomorrow, but I no longer have the receipt where do I stand, I just want to change them for another pair. will I be able to? Smile

Give it a go. No idea if they'll exchange but worth a go.

Did you pay by credit card?

You don't need a receipt for faulty goods but they may ask for proof that you bought the shoes from them. As New Look only sell their own brand it's unlikely they'll question it.

I paid cash they look like they haven't been worn Smile

If they don't look worn no reason they would think it was wear & tear so I'd take them back :-)

you have the statutory right to return faulty good within 6 months of purchase :)

it is their duty to resolve your problem.
