special occasion: should toes match outfit?

I'm having a pedicure this week ahead of a smart wedding. S and B helped me find this dress. What do grown ups do about toe nail colour? Is matchy matchy naff? I'm very pale if that makes any difference. I've also not got any accessories yet if anyone has any opinions on that Thanks wise women

personally, I would not match the colour of my toe nails to my dress. With a red dress, I would use a dark varnish, like a deep purple

Agree not red toes matched to dress. I'd probably go pale pink myself.

I think I'd go for a taupe.

I dont tend to match toes to my outfits. My toes are usually either a deep purple colour, a dark blue, a really dark red, or on occasion black. all really glossy shades.

What if you have a gold/light brown vintage dress?

If gold.taupe dress i'd wear a brighter colour on my toes.
