I need some help with wedding outfit please!

I'm going to a wedding soon, church ceremony followed by a reception in a converted barn (I think). I don't want a hat or fascinator but should I have something on my head? Like a decorative clip?

Also, do people still wear wraps? I have a nice old one but I don't know if this is still OK! My only other options are a black jacket which I believe is a no-no, or a beige linen jacket which I don't think is dressy enough. I could buy a new jacket if I need to.

I am wearing a pale pink top and going shopping at the weekend for a skirt to go with it.

Thanks for any help, I'm not good at this type of thing!

Not sure why you can't wear a black jacket.
Nothing wrong with that. All black not so great but just the jacket will be fine.
Something nice in your hair would be good.
A nice alice band?

Thanks for that, I really like the Alice band so I'll probably go with something like that. Good news on the jacket!

this would be nice with a pink tops and floral hairband. Might even work with a black jacket, although I think green or beige would be better. Or, dare I say it, a cropped cardigan.
