You know how she wears it on Bake Off, with twisted bits and kind of folded up knots at the nape? What a terrible description, I hope some of you know what I mean!
I have had a go today, using Kirby grips and some of the larger bun grips. It looks nice with some tufty strands sticking out, but it doesn't feel very secure. Also I found it very fiddly to push the grips in where I couldn't see, partly because I have a numb hand from ms.
Can anyone advise on the best and easiest ways of securing it, or a good way to do it? I just grabbed bits and rolled it up at the back and shoved the pins in, and took bits at the front, twisted them and pinned them at the back. I have looked at some tutorials but nothing seemed to be what I am looking for, or they were too complicated and fiddly.
