M&S Beauty Recommendations for 40+ sensitive skin please

I have a M&S voucher that I want to spend on skin care. There's 20% off until 8am tomorrow but I am totally befuddled by all the products. Can anyone recommend toner and day/night cream for 40+ dry/sensitive skin? Or advise on what I need re: Caroline Hirons routine? I haven't had time to look at all the recommendations on her blog. Thanks.

CH regularly recommends Emma Hardie cleanser and its stocked at M&S... mine is waiting instore for collection, the three pot set is 150ml for same price as 100ml pot.
