Why don't you buy a cheap natural raffia one and either spray it silver, or buy some sequins and sew them on in a band or stripe? How would you feel if the sequins start falling off that one you linked to, especially being chucked around on holiday, or with sun cream spilt all over it? Sequins aren't the most practical (deliberately trying to put you off in case you can't find anything similar and need to let go of the idea!)

only one I could find cheaper,Dorothy Perkins

I'm not sure if I think £45 is expensive or not, just looking at Accessorise for you, most of their beach bags are around the same price and I think Accessorize is pretty rubbish quality, and mass produced, at least the one from NOTHS will be a bit more niche.

Same bag for £26

I have spray painted storage baskets silver, worked very well, so I'm sure you could DIY something very similar
