So my poor sweet ds has hit 13 and got spots on his chin. Any skincare recommendations?

My own approach is squeeze, then dab with tea tree and calamine, but I'm sure there is something better out there. He has olive skin that scars easily so I don't want to inflict my squeezing routine on him, fun though it is.

The Effaclar range from La Roche Posay, face was and moisturiser, is brilliant

I'm 34 and have been dealing with bad skin for 20 years now! Been through some hideous, hiding in my house, ashamed to face the world days as well as some better times. Worst times were early teenage years and during pregnancy so I've tried everything there is. My skin is not so bad these days so I now just use Freederm. It's quite mild, doesn't seem to irritate my skin like some other creams do so might be a good starting point. It's good for reducing the redness and inflammation. If it gets really bad then benzoyl peroxide cream is good. It's comes in 3 strengths, 2.5%, 5% and 10%. 10% is very strong and will peel the skin. Don't waste money on brand names, just ask the pharmacist and you can get that for a few quid over the counter. Hope that helps.
