Which jacket style with Skinny Jeans & heels ?

I'm after a flattering (yes over 40) & neutral jacket to go with nice tops & skinny jeans.

I don't want the bulk or the stiffness of a biker jacket. And I don't want something that's high round the neck.

What kind of jackets etc do you wear ?

What about a neutral coloured trench coat with the sleeves rolled up? I have a navy blue one and it looks really good with skinny jeans and heals :)

What about a kimono you can get long or short ones they are gorg with jeans and heels!

what about a cream/black/ coloured (depending on heels and occasion) blazer? you can get structured ones or more relaxed jersey type ones and I think they look good with everything smart/ casual/ work/ shopping literally any occasion!

I have a jersey blazer, a soft biker jacket and a neutral coloured light blazer

I like the kimonos but think of them
as the top rather than a jacket ? I've had my eye on some for a while

The Blazers etc all sound good - any links ? I'd prefer something that didn't make my bum look big & wide (it's flat & hangy you see )

Desperate, there is a lovely coral one in new look for £25. I got it at the weekend and it's fab, nice and light yet really smart. I usually struggle to find a flattering one but this really hit the mark. I'll see if I can find a link!
