I am so bored of my work clothes, I work for a charity and wear a nice patterned skirt with a t shirt and cardigan with boots in the winter and ballet flats in the summer. I can't go too smart as it wouldn't be appropriate and I need to spend at least part of each day walking between different locations. I'm 48, 5 5 and a size 12 so any suggestions of how to change my look without scaring my colleagues.
