Dress for a summer brunch

Good morning wise ones,

A very dear friend is having a birthday brunch in a few weeks and I'm looking for a gorgeous dress to wear to it. I'd like something in a summery colour that is not sleeveless as I've got wobbly arms and to the knee (ish). Everything I've seen online looks like something my lovely mum would wear and I know all the other women there will be very glam. Budget is £60-£80.

Thank you!

Forgot to say size 14/16 although I'm on a weight loss drive at the moment so hope to be on the other side of 14 by June.

Have just suggested this on another thread, looks far nicer in the flesh
Next dress

Where is she having it?

This looks pretty but I haven't seen it irl. Could potentially be nice with some Indian style silver bangles and tan sandals.

It's in a smart restaurant so both of those look like good options. Will try them on, thanks.

What do you think of the shape of this dress, OP? It comes in quite a few different fabrics, ASOS have been making it for a few seasons now and I really like it.

(If you do like it, just type wiggle into the search box on ASOS to see the other colours and fabrics)

This print in the same style is lovely!
